A global leader in advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager to align talent strategies with global business priorities and enhance employee engagement.

• Ensure effective deployment of global HR processes across the business in the Netherlands.
• Lead HR integration efforts for newly acquired organizations.
• Partner with leadership to drive competitive compensation practices and high employee engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess workforce needs and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Develop and implement succession plans and support leadership in employee development.
• Analyze talent data and trends to identify insights and implement solutions.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, providing guidance to leaders and employees.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing HR team.
• Evaluate and monitor training programs for effectiveness and alignment with business needs.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering in manufacturing or R&D.
• Expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, compensation, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and ability to apply them in a business-focused manner.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
• Must work from the office 5 days per week and travel occasionally to other facilities.

Salary: $96,000 - $130,000
