Looking for experienced Active Directory (AD) and Entra (Azure AD) Administrator to support a large, multi-domain, multi-tenant identity environment. This role is responsible for supporting hybrid identity environments, including secure authorization and compliance across on-premises and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate has recent technical expertise in AD and Entra , strong security awareness, proven troubleshooting skills, and hands‑on experience supporting enterprise-scale identity solutions.
Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory including users, groups, file share permissions, and other enterprise platforms.
- Provision and de‑provision of access across multiple systems.
- Act as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Service Desk.
- Ensure compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards.
- Analyze and resolve problems with user and/or data access. Proactively identify basic security problems and present/develop solutions.
- Participate in data clean‑up efforts with direction from management. Perform Active Directory data updates and normalization.
- Assist with Role mining/development activities where necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and management.
- Bachelor's degree / University degree.
- 2 years of IT experience with B.A or B.S.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now).
- Familiarity with Identity Solutions (Sailpoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt).
- Experience with Privileged Access Management Solutions (such as Delinea, Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust).
- Demonstrated understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control concepts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and techniques.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Linux/Unix.
- Foundational knowledge of Power Shell or other scripting.
- Ability to establish and revise processes/documents based on new and changing security requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of information security policies, standards, and/or governance controls in complex computing environments.
- Responsible for the planning, design, and build of security architectures; oversee the implementation of network and computer security and ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Monitor cybersecurity requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related network devices.
- Perform security assessments of applications and systems using penetration and vulnerability testing and risk analysis.
- Specialize in understanding cyber adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures to protect networks.
- Ability to detect and mitigate cyber incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Engage in cyber defense operations, specialized penetration testing, threat analysis, and forensics.
- Develop expertise in cybersecurity considerations to meet evolving cloud computing, web development, and mobile device requirements.
