Supply Chain Manager – $96,000–$120,000 per year – Great benefits and 401(k)

Job Details- Lead all purchasing and supply chain activities across the organization.
- Oversee MRP planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning.
- Ensure material availability while balancing inventory levels and cash‑flow objectives.
- Maintain supplier pricing, lead times, product configurations, and inventory parameters.
- Manage and mentor purchasing team members and buyers.
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers, products, and services.
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and track key performance indicators for the supply chain organization.
- Partner closely with operations, sales, engineering, quality, and finance teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Support technology improvements and business process optimization.
- Play a key leadership role in the selection, implementation, and optimization of a new ERP system.
- Help design and build scalable processes that will support the business for years to come.
- Report directly to the President and serve as a key member of the company's strategic leadership team.
- 10+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or procurement leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with MRP systems, inventory management, forecasting, and supplier management.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience working within ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, or similar quality systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment.
- Postsecondary degree required.
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field. - ERP implementation experience.
- Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
