Salary: $96,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Details- Lead all purchasing and supply chain activities across the organization
- Oversee MRP planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning
- Ensure material availability while balancing inventory levels and cash flow objectives
- Maintain supplier pricing, lead times, product configurations, and inventory parameters
- Manage and mentor purchasing team members and buyers
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and qualify new suppliers, products, and services
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
- Develop and track key performance indicators for the supply chain organization
- Partner closely with operations, sales, engineering, quality, and finance teams
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Support technology improvements and business process optimization
- Play a key leadership role in the selection, implementation, and optimization of a new ERP system
- Help design and build scalable processes that will support the business for years to come
Required
- 10+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or procurement leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with MRP systems, inventory management, forecasting, and supplier management
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience working within ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, or similar quality systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment
- Postsecondary degree required
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
- ERP implementation experience
- Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
