Konik is partnering with a leading provider of precision CNC machining and manufacturing services, specializing in industries such as aerospace, defense, medical devices, and specialty manufacturing. They are seeking a full-time Estimator to join their team in Fridley. This on‑site role offers a competitive salary based on experience.

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates
• Estimate labor, outside services, and lead times to generate competitive bids
• Work closely with shop staff to ensure projects progress efficiently and according to plan
• Troubleshoot processes before and during production to prevent or limit issues
• Communicate effectively with production, management, and inspection teams to ensure alignment and quality
• Provide customers with accurate project progress updates
• Assist the Inspection department on quality‑related questions as needed
• Program, set up, and operate machining centers and lathes

• Experience in machining shop environments, including programming and operating machining centers and lathes
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot processes
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods

• Experience programming in Gibbs Cam
• Experience using Solid Works
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using JobBOSS

• Competitive base salary ($80k ‑ $140k, DOE)
