Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour | DOE
Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM + Occasional OT as needed

What Gets You Hired- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to attend any schooling necessary to complete the future educational requirements.
- Adequate computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft.
- Ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language, or the ability to communicate effectively in this plant environment.
- Proficient in advanced shop mathematics.
- Requires a high degree of attention, mental alertness, and care to prevent injury to self and others when operating machines.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. + steel‑toes.

- Performs all duties and responsibilities with an emphasis on safety.
- With close supervision, operates most types of punch press equipment, including coil or sheet‑fed presses and drill presses, by feeding and controlling their operation.
- Works from work orders and prints for each job, using shop calculations/math, to ensure proper types, quantities, and quality of each part are produced.
- Uses a variety of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform part inspections before and during each production run.
- Monitors machines at all times for proper operation.
- Completes all shop traveler and timekeeping documentation as required for each job.
- Continues learning about machine operation to gain skills and proficiency to operate more complicated machines on more difficult work, including machine setup.
- Works with close supervision in coordination with other team members and other departments in the company.
- Keeps work area clean and orderly.
- Other duties as assigned.
