We are looking for a talented, driven individual to join our 1st shift team in Fridley, MN, where we focus on precision, efficiency, and superior customer satisfaction.

Summary: As a 1st Shift Experienced Parts Material Handler & Kit Builder you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, and supplying critical engine components to the assembly line. This role serves as the primary point of contact for parts‑related issues, ensuring kit accuracy and supporting cost‑reduction initiatives through efficient inventory management based at our Fridley, MN headquarters.

• Kit Assembly & Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently fulfill parts orders and build engine kits to meet assembly production schedules.
• Inventory & Overstock Management: Monitor and control overstock levels to minimize waste. Proactively identify surplus issues and develop strategies for stock utilization.
• Process Improvement: Lead problem‑solving efforts regarding material flow and kit‑building processes to improve overall efficiency.
• Cross‑Functional Communication: Maintain consistent and effective communication with Material Handlers, Group Leads, and Production Supervisors.
• Parts Processing: Retrieve parts from the Deman area and perform detailing or cleaning as necessary to meet assembly standards.
• Quality & Compliance: Adhere to all quality policies and safety standards. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures.
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing certification programs and assist in training new team members on technical job functions as directed.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Monitor supply levels and notify supervision when materials are needed.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience handling mechanical parts preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
• Problem‑Solving: Proven ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Preferred: Prior experience with diesel engine components and parts.

1st shift: 5AM-1:30PM Pay: Starting at $20/hr

Fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing setting. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs regularly. The environment on the shop floor is usually loud, hot and humid in the summer months and involves standing on cement floors with exposure to chemicals and metal particles. PPE is always required on manufacturing floor.
