Press​/Print Operating Technician

Job Summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Press / Print Operating Technician to operate printing equipment at our Fridley, MN location. This role requires accurate execution of job orders and maintenance of production schedule.

Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am

• Carry out detailed job orders accurately and precisely.
• Identify and correct errors or problems during run.
• Set up, adjust, and run press equipment to meet specifications.
• Monitor product quality and equipment during job runs.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace for efficient shift changeovers.
• Complete logs and paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and report mechanical problems.

• Minimum 5 years in a production or printing environment.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic math skills for reading rulers and calculating label dimensions.
• Ability to operate equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Physical ability to remain stationary for extended periods, lift or move up to 25lbs, and operate machinery.

• Color distinction ability.

Hourly rate: $35 – $38, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
