Production Team Lead

Overview

Taylor Corporation is hiring a Team Lead to oversee a team, ensuring goals are met while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role includes coordinating daily activities, providing support and guidance, and facilitating effective communication between team members and management.

• Inform the supervisor of jobs that may miss a due date.
• Guide and motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain high performance.
• Act as the main point of contact between team members and upper management.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
• Oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Identify training needs and support the professional growth of team members.
• Address any issues or conflicts within the team, providing solutions and support as needed.
• Prepare and present team performance reports to management.
• Respond to daily employee questions and provide guidance.
• Perform assigned operational duties to the required standards.

Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in the field or a related area.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing situations, and inspire others.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Remain in a stationary position regularly.
• Operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
• Move within the facility, including up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry).

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25.00 – $32.00, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
