You will manage production teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement with 5S and Lean methods while upholding Peet's Core Values.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Coffee, and Maintenance to meet schedule and audits, and develop staff to grow with Peet's.
