Deburrer / Assembly I

Superior Aerospace is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Deburrer / Assembly I to join our manufacturing team. This position performs precision deburring, surface finishing, inspection, and assembly of aerospace components.

The right candidate will have good mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

What You ll Do
  • Deburr, polish, blend, and finish precision aerospace components.
  • Remove sharp edges and imperfections using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, drills, and tumbling equipment.
  • Assemble components according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection methods.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
What We re Looking For
  • Manufacturing, assembly, machining, or deburring experience is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Experience using hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
  • Ability to work carefully with small, precision parts.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Aerospace manufacturing and quality inspection experience are a plus, but not required.

Background checks and drug screening are required for this position due to the nature of customer requirements and safety.
