Description:
Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fridley, MN. As a Technician, you will have the opportunity to operate and monitor metal finishing equipment including processes such as anodizing, electropolishing, and passivation following detailed work instructions and safety guidelines. We also have opportunities supporting the manufacturing line with racking orders along with packing parts for customer shipments.

Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fridley, MN. As a Technician, you will have the opportunity to operate and monitor metal finishing equipment including processes such as anodizing, electropolishing, and passivation following detailed work instructions and safety guidelines. We also have opportunities supporting the manufacturing line with racking orders along with packing parts for customer shipments.
Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and preparing parts, performing inspections and measurements, documenting process parameters, and ensuring that finished components meet required specifications and quality standards. The Technician will maintain a clean and organized work area, assist with routine equipment care, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve process issues and improve workflow. This role also involves working with production schedules, communicating status updates, and supporting continuous improvement and compliance with ISO 13485 and other applicable regulations.

- echnical skills related to metal finishing processes, including operating production equipment, following technical work instructions, and using basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to meet quality and compliance skills, such as attention to detail, adherence to ISO or similar standards, accurate documentation, and a strong focus on producing consistent, specification-driven results.
