Set up, operate, and monitor folding equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules;
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on folding equipment to identify potential issues before they impact production;
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime;
Train and mentor new and existing employees on machinery operation, safety protocols, and quality expectations;
Provide regular updates to the Production Supervisor on equipment status and production metrics
