H.B. Fuller Company in Fridley, MN seeks a Production Shift Manager for a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule, 6pm-6:30am). You will lead a night crew, drive safe and compliant operations, coach staff, monitor performance with data, and align with site strategies.
Training on day shift available. Requires 4+ years in manufacturing with 1–3 years of people leadership, ERP and MS Office skills;
Lean/Six Sigma and 5S/ DMAIC experience are a plus.
