Position Overview Incertec is seeking an experienced and dedicated Metal Plater to join our team. This individual will apply various metal plating techniques to components, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications.

The ideal Metal Plater candidate will have:3+ years of recent plating experience in at least two different finishes;

Strong understanding of plating processes, chemicals, and equipment;

Excellent attention to detail and quality control;

Intermediate math skills;

Strong reading comprehension and communication skills;

Experience with blue print reading and measuring equipment;

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a manufacturing environment;

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

Job Responsibilities Perform metal plating operations using techniques such as electroplating, anodizing, and other surface finishing processes.

Prepare surfaces for plating by cleaning, degreasing, and masking as required.

Monitor plating baths and adjust chemical compositions to maintain proper plating conditions.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain and troubleshoot plating equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Document and report production activities and any issues encountered.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
