/p our Opportunity pTaylor Corporation is looking for a Production Assembly and Support to join our team! /p ork Authorization pTo be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. /p our Responsibilities ul liPerform various hand operations such as applying labels to products, cut, wrap products, use tape dispensers and the use of feet for flexion/repetitive motion as in operating foot controls /li liPack products in boxes and tape lids of boxes shut appropriately for proper shipping while inspecting product for any quality defects /li liStack, pack, and transport printed materials in various stages of completion on pallets as it accumulates on delivery tables of specific equipment /li liResponsible for reading and following specific job instructions to produce an order according to spec /li liMaintain attendance according to facility guidelines as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors while performing daily responsibilities.

/li liAbility and willingness to float across departments and assist where needed /li liFollow safety rules, procedures and standards /li liDuties may occasionally be performed while seated but will likely be performed while standing /li /ul our Shift pTuesday
- Saturday, 6:00am - 2:30pm /p ou Must Have ul liAbility to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents /li liAbility to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees /li liAbility to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

/li liAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form /li /ul equirements Within This Position ul liAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand /li liRegularly required to remain in a stationary position /li liConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials /li liFrequently required to move inside the facility /li liRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) /li /ul e Would Also Prefer ul liPrevious experience in production /li /ul ompensation pThe anticipated hourly rate for this position is $17.00.

The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
