We are seeking an experienced communications leader to drive high-impact initiatives that strengthen brand reputation, support key business priorities, and engage internal and external audiences. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who combines strong business acumen with exceptional writing and editorial skills, and who can confidently partner with senior leaders across a complex organization.
The Senior Communications Strategist will develop and execute integrated communications plans, shape clear and compelling messaging, and support a range of high‑visibility initiatives across corporate, executive, healthcare, and consumer communications. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping translate complex information into audience-focused content that informs, inspires, and drives alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals
- Create messaging frameworks, executive presentations, talking points, FAQs, and stakeholder communications
- Support executive communications, internal communications, media relations, thought leadership, and change management efforts
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, effective messaging
- Write and edit a broad range of materials, including press releases, presentations, digital content, internal announcements, and leadership communications
- Contribute to communications strategies that enhance visibility across traditional, digital, and AI-driven search environments using SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices
- Monitor communications effectiveness and recommend opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 10–15+ years of progressive communications experience
- Strong expertise in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, and reputation management
- Experience working in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex communications initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills
- Experience supporting organizational change, business transformation, or high-profile strategic initiatives is highly valued
