Aveanna Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our home health team in Fridley and surrounding communities. This full-time role delivers and documents skilled nursing care per the care plan and physician orders, with Monday–Friday schedule.
You will educate patients and family, communicate with physicians, and ensure quality care in patients' homes. Active LPN license and CPR are required;
Medicare/Medicaid familiarity preferred; comprehensive benefits are provided.
