DescriptionQuality Technician Are you detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and committed to continuous improvement? We are looking for a Quality Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. In this role, you'll work closely with leadership and production teams to support quality initiatives, improve processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do- Support and maintain certification initiatives and quality management systems.
- Assist leadership in driving quality goals and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and implement testing methods to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Inspect and test products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Track, analyze, and report product failures and quality trends.
- Use Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Return Goods Authorization (RGA) data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend and support process improvements that enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Participate in safety meetings and help implement best practices throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
- Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to analyze data and drive improvements based on findings.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
- Regular standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Frequent use of hands, hearing, and verbal communication.
- Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching overhead.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and focus adjustment.
- Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.
- Primarily works in an indoor office and manufacturing environment.
