Position SummaryAssists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service approaches, and ensuring member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports compliance with policies, promotes coaching, and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating associates. Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Supports Sam's Club eCommerce plan in the club by overseeing operations for programs such as Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, etc. Audits online customer feedback, resolves complaints, escalates unresolved issues, identifies trends, and implements solutions. Supervises associates supporting eCommerce programs by training, providing resources, assigning duties, and ensuring coverage at eCommerce pickup locations.
Executes the Sam's Club Pickup plan, updates operations with key performance indicators, audits customer orders, and ensures accuracy. Maintains awareness of pickup strategy, evaluates performance, and develops new metrics. Supports projects to improve pick‑up efficiencies by resolving operational gaps and communicating staffing needs.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with self‑service technology, and promoting company products and services. Ensures sales floor and merchandise presentation meet policies by handling claims, returns, zoning, stocking, and organizing displays, and manages shrink and damages.
Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders and establishes processes to meet business needs. Demonstrates compliance with ethics and standards, and participates in teams to coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and model adaptation to change.

Hourly rate range: $23.00 to $31.00. Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour where applicable.
