What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service

Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash Train and coach crew members to be their best Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards

Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)A positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
