Schaaf Floral is a locally loved flower shop in Fridley, just north of Minneapolis. We’ve been spreading joy through flowers for decades—whether it’s a birthday bouquet, a wedding centerpiece, a heartfelt funeral tribute, or just a “thinking of you” moment.

As a Floral Support Assistant, you’ll be right in the heart of the action—working closely with our designers, customer service team, and delivery crew to keep things running smoothly and beautifully. Your day might include:

• Prepping fresh flowers (stripping, trimming, hydrating)
• Wrapping and packaging completed arrangements for delivery
• Processing incoming flower shipments and organizing inventory
• Tidying and maintaining work spaces and supplies
• Greeting walk-in customers and answering phones
• Taking and entering orders with care and accuracy
• Helping out wherever needed—we’re a team!

• Loves working with their hands and has an eye for detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude every day
• Is organized, reliable, and ready to learn
• Communicates well and enjoys helping customers

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or creative fields is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!

• Ability to stand, move quickly, and bend throughout your shift
• Can lift up to 20 lbs frequently
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays during peak times
