Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Mechanic) – $31/hr

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment
• Perform mechanical maintenance on motors, bearings, belts, gears, and more
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems (valves, cylinders, hoses)
• Handle basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Assist with equipment installs, setup, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (basic to intermediate)
• Complete welding repairs and minor fabrication as needed
• Support light facility maintenance tasks
• Accurately document work and repairs

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or maintenance mechanic experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to handle preventive maintenance and equipment repairs independently
• Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting knowledge
• Welding experience for equipment repair
• Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision

• Exposure to both older manual equipment and newer automation
• Experience in equipment installation and alignment
• Desire to learn and grow in PLCs and advanced maintenance

Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Training will be on 1st shift before transition.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63606.40 - $63606.40/yr.

Direct hire, great growth opportunity with a national company. Do not need to train on 1st shift. On-call maybe once or twice per year.
