The Master Plumber role is a full-time, on-site position based in Fridley, MN. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, including pipe installation, repair, and replacement for both residential and commercial customers. Day-to-day tasks include performing drain cleaning, maintenance services, and system inspections using both traditional and advanced plumbing equipment. The Master Plumber will provide clear explanations of findings, offer recommendations, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes.

The role also includes interacting with customers on-site, delivering professional service, and collaborating with team members to meet scheduling and service goals.

• Strong plumbing expertise with experience in pipe installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in routine and preventative maintenance for drains, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to deliver professional customer service, including clear communication and respectful interactions.
• Valid Master Plumber license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one within required timelines.
• Experience working with drain cleaning equipment such as cable snakes and high-powered water jets.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the Fridley, MN job site and surrounding service areas; clean driving record preferred.
• Previous experience in residential and commercial plumbing environments is beneficial.
• Commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance on job sites.
• 3+ years of plumbing experience required.
