The City of Friendswood, through EmergencyMD, is seeking a full-time Project and Grant Accountant in the Finance Department. Ideal candidates will have a strong accounting background and at least three years of experience in a relevant role. Responsibilities include managing capital projects, grant compliance, and preparing financial reports.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and knowledge of GAAP, with preference given to those holding a Certified Government Finance Officer designation. A valid Texas Driver's License is required.
