Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join our After School team as program mentors. The role focuses on fostering youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities after school, typically 17–20 hours per week. This part-time, non-exempt position runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m.
