Job Description
Bank of America is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self‑service resources, and process cash transactions efficiently. The role requires building relationships, ensuring compliance with all banking laws, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaborative, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Passionate, committed, and driven to improve clients’ financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Efficiently manage time and capacity.
- Focused on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or a business‑relevant associate degree such as business management, administration, or finance.
