This full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role is based in Friendswood, TX. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily clinical operations, including coordinating patient care, preparing treatment rooms, inputting and managing medical records, and supporting medical providers during procedures. Additional responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service and maintaining compliance with medical office protocols and standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Medical Assisting practices, including preparing patients for examinations and assisting with procedures
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology to effectively communicate and document clinical information
- Familiarity with Medical Office operations, including managing patient scheduling and understanding compliance procedures
- Strong skills in providing compassionate and professional Patient Care
- Experience with Medical Records management, including maintaining accurate and confidential documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or related certification is required
