• 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Monday – Friday
• Holiday shifts on rotation.

• Daily janitorial duties, including cleaning and replenishing restrooms, emptying trash & recycle bins, cleaning desks where applicable, cleaning tables in rooms and eating areas, vacuuming offices and common areas, cleaning interior glass, dusting partitions, cabinets and vents, and mopping floors.
• Maintain a clean and orderly janitorial supply area.
• Maintain common area restrooms, gathering spaces, hallways, and specialty rooms according to company cleanliness standards.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety standards of the company and applicable OSHA and building codes.
• Promptly report safety and security incidents to the supervisor.
• Assist with the make‑ready of vacant apartments as assigned.
• Ensure proper control of keys, equipment, supplies, inventory, and other property.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1‑2 years of related experience in residential/hotel cleaning preferred.
• Great customer service attitude.
• Ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• Knowledge of general janitorial and cleaning responsibilities.
• Ability to use janitorial equipment including floor scrubbing equipment and vacuum cleaners.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work independently or with others to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be willing to undergo a routine background check.
