Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, selecting items such as apples or cereal, and fill online orders. They dispense orders to customers and engage them during the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in evenings, weekends, and during holiday seasons. Employees may juggle shopping for online customers while assisting in‑store customers.

Base pay ranges from $14.00 to $27.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
