Print Production Specialist

We’re hiring for a hands-on Printing Specialist that also includes customer service
. This job is for someone who is comfortable using computers, enjoys working with people, and doesn’t mind getting involved in daily print production.

This is not a desk-only job. You will be working with printers, paper, measurements, and customers throughout the day.

• Help customers in person and respond to incoming email requests

• Prepare and process print jobs from start to finish

• Use computer systems to enter jobs and keep them organized

• Handle printed materials carefully and accurately

• Keep multiple jobs moving so everything gets done on time

• Good with computers
  You’re comfortable using a keyboard, learning new software, and clicking through new screens without getting frustrated.

• Learns quickly
  You pick things up fast and don’t need to be shown the same thing over and over.

• Friendly and positive
  You like talking to people, you’re approachable, and you bring a good attitude to work. A smile matters here.

• Organized and focused
  You can keep track of several jobs at once, know what needs to be done first, and don’t lose paperwork or details.

• Comfortable with measurements and paper
  You can read a ruler, understand fractions of an inch, and pay attention to size and detail.

• Reliable team player
  You show up, help where needed, and take responsibility for getting the day’s work done.

This job IS:

• Printing and customer service

• Hands-on and active

• Computer-based with modern equipment

This job is NOT:

• A desk-only or office-only role

• Old-school printing from decades ago

• A position where you can do things “the old way” and avoid learning new systems

If you don’t like learning new tools or working with both people and production, this role won’t be a good fit.

• Someone comfortable with technology who wants a stable, hands-on job
