You'll have access to an extensive inventory and the industry's top designers, allowing you to create memorable experiences for our customers. • Deliver exceptional customer service:
  Prioritize the needs and desires of each customer, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Build lasting relationships:

• Maintain product knowledge:
  Stay informed about our inventory, designers, and the latest trends in luxury jewelry.
• Showcase inventory:
  Help customers explore our wide range of options, assisting them in finding the perfect piece.
• Follow up:
  Provide post-sale support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members:
  Work cohesively with colleagues to create a supportive and effective work environment.
• Uphold professional standards:
  Always maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.

• Previous luxury sales and/or diamond sales experience preferred.
• GIA certification is a plus!
• Must be available to work Saturdays, as it's one of our busiest and most rewarding days.
