About the Role
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role supports general ledger accounting and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. You’ll play a key role in month-end close, audits, reconciliations, and process improvements within a multi-entity structure.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and support the monthly close process
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audits
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and lease accounting
- Review P&Ls for accruals, reclassifications, and corrections
- Help strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Assist with ad hoc accounting analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (public company a plus)
- Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and flux analysis experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and cross-functional support
- Stable, growing organization with brand recognition
