Accounts Payable Analyst
Join our growing team in Frisco as an Accounts Payable Analyst! In this role, you'll play an integral part in our accounting department, supporting essential tasks that drive the company's success. We're looking for a motivated AP Analyst with two or more years of experience who can collaborate with business partners across the organization to ensure seamless, timely processing. Working alongside a close-knit team, you'll deepen your knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we also make time to unwind and connect.
This is an on-site office position. We currently work in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Review and record international and domestic vendor invoices timely and accurately
- Process check requests for payments including reviewing, scanning, coding, entering, and ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and approval levels
- Process Travel & Expense reports
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries and research to resolve concerns or discrepancies
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- At least 2 years of solid experience in a high volume, fast paced A/P environment
- Accounts Payable analysis and assistance with weekly check and ACH runs and domestic & international wire transfers
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
- Proficient in data entry
- Attention to detail and accuracy with a strong ability to organize and prioritize
- Excellent Communications skills both written and verbal
