Job Title
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Analyze financial statements and investigate variances.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare internal financial reports and support management reporting needs.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Review fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing efficiencies.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to resolve accounting-related issues.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
