STV is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Project Accounting group in a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and location options including Dallas, Frisco, San Antonio, or Houston. The role focuses on portfolio-based billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing under contract terms, in coordination with project accounting staff.
Responsibilities include drafting invoices, reviewing contracts and billing standards, maintaining invoice files, and reconciling WIP with revenue.
