**** About the Accounting & Finance Services (AFS) Transitions Team
** As part of Baker Tilly’s Managed Services offering, the Accounting & Finance Services (AFS) Transitions team helps new clients stabilize financial operations, establish effective governance, implement scalable processes, and prepare for successful delivery by recurring service teams.

The team leads project-based transition work across multiple functional work streams, coordinating internal resources, client stakeholders, technology, reporting, operational readiness, and delivery milestones.

We’re seeking a Transitions Manager to lead internal PMO operations and complex client transition programs. This role is approximately 50% focused on internal operations and PMO management and 50% focused on serving as the client PMO lead for multi-workstream projects.

The Transitions Manager will establish governance, manage integrated project plans, develop operational KPIs, facilitate data capture, produce monthly reporting, and help ensure transitions are delivered successfully from kickoff through stabilization and handoff.
