About The OpportunityWe are partnering with a large, highly respected, national organization to identify a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO, CFO, and select members of the executive leadership team. This is a mission‑critical role for an experienced executive partner who operates with confidence, discretion, and exceptional judgment.
The ideal candidate is someone who can lead up, anticipate needs before they arise, and serve as an empowered extension of executive leadership—bringing both presence and humility to the role.
Role OverviewThis senior‑level position requires advanced organizational skills, executive maturity, and the ability to manage complex, fast‑moving priorities with minimal direction. You will act as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, helping executives maximize their effectiveness while ensuring seamless execution across daily operations and long‑term initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted right hand to the CEO and C‑suite executives, proactively anticipating needs and identifying efficiencies.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications with internal leaders, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Own complex calendar management, prioritizing requests based on executive priorities, cadence, and strategic impact.
- Manage and follow through on executive action items, deliverables, and time‑sensitive initiatives with little supervision.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, expenses, and logistics.
- Prepare, draft, edit, and proofread executive‑level correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes, and speeches.
- Support executive meetings, offsites, board engagements, and corporate events—from planning through execution.
- Conduct research and manage sensitive inquiries requiring discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
- Oversee executive hospitality, including guest coordination and meeting logistics, maintaining a polished and professional environment.
- Provide project management support across strategic initiatives and cross‑functional efforts.
- 10+ years of executive‑level administrative support experience, including direct support to a CEO.
- Demonstrated success supporting C‑suite leadership in a complex, fast‑paced, or high‑growth environment.
- Exceptional ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate calmly under pressure.
- Proven experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information (e.g., financials, strategic initiatives, personal matters).
- Strong executive presence with the emotional intelligence to navigate diverse personalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and independently driven.
- Strong service mindset with a commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
- Collaborative, in‑office role with a strong emphasis on executive proximity and partnership.
- Five days onsite, with limited flexibility available.
