Data Entry Clerk - Business Licensing

Our client is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Business Licensing Support team, ensuring accurate and efficient data management across multiple retail locations. Job Title: Data Entry Clerk - Business Licensing

Location: Frisco, TX - Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months contract

• Perform data entry tasks by researching jurisdiction requirements on city, county, and state websites.
• Enter collected data accurately into the company database system.
• Support in submitting business license applications to relevant jurisdictions.
• Respond to information requests from retail locations and jurisdiction authorities.
• Assist in maintaining and updating licensing records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business licensing or regulatory roles.
• Ability to use a laptop and navigate online jurisdiction websites effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
