Overview
This role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives to enhance operational efficiency and strategic coordination. It involves managing executive schedules, coordinating complex initiatives, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. The position requires digital fluency, independent judgment, and the ability to mentor junior administrative staff. Success is measured by optimized executive time, timely completion of deliverables, and improved administrative processes.
Job Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and support strategic priorities
- Organize and maintain administrative systems, databases, correspondence, and project tracking tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor milestones, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes to support timely deliverables
- Mentor and coach junior administrative staff to promote skill development and effective task delegation
- Support human resources activities including onboarding coordination and team engagement initiatives
- Handle executive communications, budget-related tasks, expense reports, and record management to maintain operational efficiency
- Other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Communications or related field (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in Fortune 50 organizations (Strongly Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $31.71 - $57.20
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
