Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Asbury Automotive Group, you will be the main link between customers and our service technicians, delivering a seamless, customer-focused experience. You will greet customers, accurately document vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repairs, and clearly communicate pricing, timing, and repair status. Working within our performance-driven culture, you'll use dealership systems and OEM guidelines to write repair orders, verify warranty coverage, coordinate with parts and technicians, and ensure work is completed on time.
