Overview
The Competitive Pricing Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing competitive and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making across the revenue organization. This role provides clear, actionable insights on competitors’ products, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and market movements to help the company win more business and maintain a strong competitive position.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and comfortable turning complex information into concise insights for senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Research and monitor competitors’ products, features, positioning, messaging, partnerships, and market activity.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence (continued): Track competitor announcements, product launches, acquisitions, and strategic shifts.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence (continued): Maintain up-to-date competitor profiles and intelligence repositories.
- Sales & Revenue Enablement: Support Sales and Revenue teams with competitive insights for deals, RFPs, and customer engagements.
- Sales & Revenue Enablement (continued): Develop competitive battle cards, win/loss insights, and objection-handling materials.
- Sales & Revenue Enablement (continued): Provide real-time intelligence in response to competitive threats or opportunities.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Strategic Analysis (continued): Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across the competitive landscape.
- Strategic Analysis (continued): Support strategic planning, product roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives with competitive insight.
- Reporting & Communication: Produce regular competitive intelligence reports and executive summaries.
- Reporting & Communication (continued): Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations.
- Reporting & Communication (continued): Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align competitive insights with business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (continued): Partner with Product teams to inform feature differentiation and roadmap decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (continued): Support Marketing with competitive positioning and messaging.

Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy, or business analysis
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise insights
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of large project pricing
- Bachelor’s degree related to finance, business, data or analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in technology, SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise B2B environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems, market research tools, or BI platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or complex buying environments
- Background in consulting, strategy, or analytics
- Highly curious and proactive mindset
- Structured, analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
