Associate Manager, Revenue Growth Management

Job Overview:

As an Associate Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and stewarding our Commercial and Sales Operating Routines & Performance Management within Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP’s) Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network. This role involves partnering closely with DSD Business Units, National Sales, and Commercialization functions to meet revenue and gross margin targets.

Success requires strong financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic and tactical planning abilities, and the capacity to serve as a cross-functional liaison to support strategic commercial plans.

This position is based in our Frisco Headquarters Office, with 10% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and management of top-line annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts for the DSD network.
  • Manage planning, performance, and routines across DSD & Independent Selling Organizations.
  • Conduct business review routines, providing insights and action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in RGM, pricing, and other commercial areas.
  • Develop analytics tools, KPI scorecards, and reports to support planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and other teams to execute business priorities.
  • Contribute to RGM Transformation initiatives focused on standardization and simplification across DSD.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Revenue Management, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, or related fields.
  • Deep financial expertise and ability to analyze value chains for strategic decisions.
  • Experience translating syndicated and internal sales data into insights.
  • Strong analytical skills interpreting large data sets.
  • Proactive, curious, and innovative in understanding business dynamics.
  • Ownership mindset with personal accountability for business outcomes.
