Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Risk Manager/Analyst
Job Overview
The Retirement Benefits Manager supports the administration, compliance, and operational delivery of company-sponsored retirement programs. This role focuses on ensuring plans are administered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and employee experience objectives.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in office/2 days remote – subject to business needs).
Key Responsibilities- Serve as an expert to leadership for KDP’s retirement programs, focusing on U.S. retirement plans; review and analyze trends and advise leadership on the state of programs and benefits, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics, key competitor benefit plan design, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Finance, Accounting, Internal Controls, Labor Relations, Legal, Payroll, HRIT and others to support program interdependencies.
- Develop and provide support for retirement plan briefings to Leadership/Executive teams and Pension Committees/Boards.
- Own project management responsibilities, including adhering to timelines, coordinating with other teams (HR operations, payroll, and HR technology), and ensuring successful project implementation outcomes.
- Manage compliance activities, audits, and required filings to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements; maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and controls.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills and ability to create presentations for executive leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of retirement benefits in a union and non-union environment with a knowledge of total rewards and other functional areas.
- Advanced knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment related to U.S. retirement programs, including emerging legislation.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task, with a strong attention to detail.
- Salary Range: $96,800 - $120,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in retirement benefits administration, with exposure to DC, DB and/or NQDC; experience in union modeling and/or transactions (M&A) preferred.
- Knowledge of retirement plan regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
