First Source Title is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Title Curative Specialist.
As a Title Curative Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough title reviews, identifying any issues or discrepancies, and taking proactive steps to resolve them
. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients, to gather necessary information and ensure the timely resolution of title defects. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and documentation of all title curative activities,
contributing to our commitment to excellence in real estate services.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging between $55,000 - $60,000 annually.
