Job SummaryAs an FP&A Analyst supporting the Parts & Services business, you will be a key finance partner to managers and functional leaders—helping drive profitable growth through pricing and revenue analytics, customer and service margin insights, and disciplined monthly reporting. This role blends strategic analysis (customer profitability, pricing effectiveness, margin levers) with operational finance support (close/reporting, performance management, and decision support). You will work cross-functionally with Parts leadership, Service Operations, Sales, and Finance to identify opportunities, improve execution, and strengthen business performance.
This position plays a critical role in analyzing SKU, Category, Channel, and Customer-level profitability, as well as in identifying actionable levers that can drive near-term profitability across the Parts portfolio. All while supporting pricing governance efforts and enabling scalable pricing processes for thousands of SKUs in a complex B2B industrial goods environment, where cross-functional collaboration across the various internal functions is key for success.
Successful candidates have a very strong analytical background, are comfortable manipulating large databases, and are experienced in leveraging AI to automate pricing decisions. They also command excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing), and the ability to react and multitask in a fast-paced and ever-changing business world.
Responsibilities- Partner with the Parts GM and leadership team to support pricing and revenue management, including price actions, discount effectiveness, and revenue/margin performance tracking.
- Own monthly financial reporting and analysis for the Parts & Services business, including variance analysis, performance drivers, and clear executive-ready commentary.
- Perform customer profitability and pricing analysis (customer/segment/channel/SKU), identifying actionable insights to improve gross margin, mix, and customer contribution.
- Support Service Operations margin analysis, including labor, parts utilization, productivity, and other drivers; identify margin improvement opportunities with operations leaders.
- Provide financial operational support and ad hoc analysis for growth initiatives, process improvements, cost actions, and commercial decisions.
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards/KPIs to improve visibility, highlight risks/opportunities, and support performance management routines.
- Partner with managers and cross-functional leaders to influence decisions, improve execution, and deliver measurable results.
- Continuously improve processes and tools (Excel models, reporting, BI outputs) to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability of analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, pricing/revenue management, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
- Experience in B2B Aftermarket Parts (e.g., Car Wash, Automotive, HVAC) preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, superior business acumen and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with experience in successfully collaborating cross-functionally.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Co-Pilot.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Net Suite preferred) and BI tools such as Tableau.
