The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business and technical goals
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedback
• Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing the product backlog to support Agile development teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product delivery
• Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement
• Ensure product quality by partnering with QA to review and validate test coverage for critical billing and payment flows
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)
• 3+ years experience in hands‑on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large‑scale company/application/product environment. (Required)
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)

• Agile Methodologies:
  Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and Scrum practices. (Required)
• Technical Writing:
  Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. (Required)
• Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)
• Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop initiatives, features, and user stories that Dev Ops teams can ingest. (Required)
• Project Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. (Required)
• Communication:
  Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non‑technical leaders. (Required)
