At T‑Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.

- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business and technical goals
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedback
- Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing the product backlog to support Agile development teams
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product delivery
- Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement
- Ensure product quality by partnering with QA to review and validate test coverage for critical billing and payment flows
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)
- 3+ years experience in hands‑on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large‑scale company/application/product environment. (Required)
- 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)
Skills and Abilities
- Agile Methodologies:
Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and Scrum practices. (Required) - Technical Writing:
Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. (Required) - Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)
- Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop initiatives, features, and user stories that Dev Ops teams can ingest. (Required)
- Project Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. (Required)
- Communication:
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non‑technical leaders.
