Position Overview

Responsibilities- Provide insights and recommendations that optimize business experiences through cross‑functional collaboration and data analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with executive leadership.
- Apply analytical and modeling techniques to support decision‑making focused on growing the organization the right way with sellers as the core focus.
- Maintain customer assignments across platforms, ensuring reduced friction for customers and sellers alike.
- Perform other duties or projects assigned by business management as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required).
- 4+ years working experience solving analytical problems using research, quantitative and qualitative approaches (Required).
- Working experience with Excel, Salesforce (Required).
- Working experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake (Preferred).
- U.S. Citizen status (Required).

Base Pay Range: $77,900 - $140,500
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
