Overview
Business Development Representative (BDR) positions in the Tax & Legal business area. Responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, building product knowledge, and partnering with a world‑class sales organization to prospect legal, corporate, and government entities.
Responsibilities- Hit or exceed monthly and annual performance targets.
- Achieve daily contact and activity metrics.
- Engage in coaching, share ideas, and collaborate with managers and teammates.
- Log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce promptly and accurately.

- Adapt quickly, remain effective under pressure, and demonstrate resilience.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to create new campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; personable and professional.
- Professional self‑presentation.
- Agile learner: demonstrate rapid acquisition of new knowledge.
- Commitment to a schedule that aligns with the customer’s work day.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a CRM system preferred.
