Soft Pyramid builds AI agents, workflow automation (n8n), and custom software for US mid-market businesses. The founder handles technical discovery and closing.
You own the operating system — pipeline, events, partnerships, CRM hygiene, and weekly KPI reporting — that turns strategy into execution.

  • DFW chamber & networking calendar
  • Attendee tracking to CRM (charter-compliant)
Content & credibility
  • Linked In drafts and workshop clips
  • Webinar/workshop promotion support
  • Clutch / listings and case study drafts
Partnerships
  • MSP, agency, CPA target lists (Texas)
  • Partner intro scheduling and tracking

Requirements

Must have

  • Fluent US business English (written + spoken)
  • 2+ years in marketing ops, BD support, events, or Rev Ops
  • CRM + async tools (Hub Spot, Notion, Slack)
  • Self-directed — you build the checklist
  • 4+ hrs/day overlap with US Central Time

Strong advantage

  • DFW / Texas market & chamber familiarity
  • n8n, Zapier, or automation community experience
  • Event planning (Luma, Meetup, coworking)
  • B2B services or agency background
  • Linked In outbound / Sales Navigator

90‑day success

CRM live with source tags. First n8n event coordinated end-to-end. 500‑prospect outbound rhythm. Partner list and six intro meetings. Friday KPI cadence locked in.

This role

US operations execution — pipeline, events, CRM, partnerships support. You coordinate; the founder closes technical deals.

Not this

Executive Assistant, commission-only Growth Partner, or senior AE with guaranteed inbound.
